Leading Change

I delivered a presentation today for the Joan Kirner Young Women Leaders Program, on ‘Leading Change’. I talked about the importance of stepping out of your comfort zone, paving the way for those after you and not staying in your patriarchally prescribed lane despite expectations. Questions from participants were astute and challenging- meeting my presentation brief in a quirky twist of fate.
