Changing language, attitudes, behaviour and perceptions in which women are objectified and dismissed requires a whole of society approach. Speaking out for the One Billion Rising for justice campaign, in Melbourne. A message to the masses that violence against women is not acceptable. There is no excuse. Enough is enough. Barriers to justice must be removed and the State must lift its gain in holding men accountable, because violence against women IS a mens issue that affects us all.
